Adults are humans or animals that have reached their full developmental stage. Adults are a social concept and also a legal notion in our world. The three main stages of adulthood are early adulthood (from mid-30s to late-60s), middle adulthood from mid-30s to late-60s and later adulthood, (mid-60s through end of life). As we enter the initial stage of adulthood (between 20-40) then our bodies are at their peak of maturity even though our weight and height might increase a bit. When we are young the physical capabilities of our bodies are at their highest such as muscular strength, reaction time sensors, as well as cardiac functioning.
